Emp may indeed end up being one of the last..if not the last..approval due to the tight timelines and supply necessities.
However I am assuming a Fed change of Govt and a continuance of of the Vic Govt...for the purpose of deciding if to buy.I am also assuming a quantum leap in Fed govt funding and incentives-factors of ten-to move to a cleaner energy and as quickly as possible.Any jv partner must also be factoring in these considerations and will have had talks with Govt. Thus if we see a jv stumping up the cash then I will go back in..until then I will wait.
However buying now you are getting it cheaply and like any resource stock the risks are multiple. Its always easy to find reasons not to buy.
