Can any one point me to fact that the Vic govt will approve this gas expansion. The Vics have just announced a huge wind farm which is on similar timelines to Emp. I would assume that any jv partner will not stump up the $25m or so unless they have some certainty of approvals.
This looks a great asset but i can not find any clear indication of Govt intent.have i missed it?
