Been a while since I heard this CEO talk, and reminds me why im so long on Wisr. Great passion for building something different that really has its consumers at its heart. In my experience, when leaders like this run businesses they get it right, and those businesses win over the long term.
Compare this to the other CEO's in this space, and all they talk about is how much money they can make lending to people, and how much money they can make for shareholders, and almost never talk about their customers. What a difference! IMHO its why wisr is winning, and will continue to win in the long term. Inspiring to see a company really care about its customers.
