You sound angry, but I suppose it's more frustration than anything, and it's perfectly understandable.
I think a few of us here have felt the same way, at different times, watching the BGS/MLL journey.

I do think having a nice bloke in charge is important, and also an honest and hard working one.
And for shareholders, it's even more important that the management prevent dilution and do everything in their power to maximize share value profit.

What I describe regarding politics and business is true though, as much as I'd prefer it not to be.
