Mali might want to make sure they get this is right, except China isn't sitting around waiting for Mali's
Lithium... They get that right? Time mattered .. now the next year of rookies is graduating which means more competition.

We need well timed, smart decisions.. and not just from our board... Obviously they do not have total control to make this successful... Is this what sovereign risk is and the reason for our 95% discount?
