AFGHA actually don't need AFG to survive. It would be nice but it is not a pre-requisite.
Even in AFG liquidation, there seems to be more than enough to cover at least $20 worth of AFGHA if not substantially more. Remember AFGHA note holders stand in front of ordinary shareholders.
