Only IF they can demonstrate what they are saying is equal to reality. To date they haven't achieved what they said pure and sinple. Yes the rain heavily effected the operations but the market awaits. How tight will the CF be and how low will their cash position go?
Given the history of the ops and the number of times mines fail I will reserve judgement.
