Yeah, I noted that. I'm not sure how long trials take. I guess that is a "How long is a peice of string?" type question.

Without knowing anything about this subject (please correct me if I am wide of the mark) I appreciate that some trials will take years to complete and years following that to get approval. For instance, a new drug that the effects of are subtle might need thousands of applications to build a robust statistical certainty of efficacy. Others, with a specific methodology and short time frame for use rather than chronic use, might have a much simpler path to approval.

Simplistically, it seems that proving that this formulation:
    1. Is non toxic outside of the target tissue
    2. Clears the body quickly
    3. Is effective as a dagnostic tool / adjunct to effective surgery
    4. Is effective as a cancer killing system
    5. Is non-toxic / low-toxicity outside the target tissue after light activation
    6. And provides a significant advance on the treatment of particularly lethal cancers (especialy pancreatic, which a diagnosis of is generally a death sentence with weeks or months to live).

Should be comparatively straight forward. The hard yards seem to have been the development of the drug and proving it works should be "easy".

Like I said, I have no time line on this and would be grateful if anybody has any insights in this area.
