We've been told in the Megabit Success announcement that both read and write speeds are 27 nano seconds. so if we write a cell and then read it again without a delay between then it takes 54 nano seconds to both write and read a cell. Do this non stop at same speed we get 18.5 million cycles per second. Multiply that by 60 seconds gets us 1.11 billion cycles per minute, by 60 again gets 66.66 billion cycles per hour, by 24 gets 1.6 trillion cycles per day (10^12), by 7 gets us 11.2 trillion cycles per week (10^13).
1.6 trillion cycles per day by 30 days gets us 48 trillion cycles per month (4.8^13)
576 trillion cycles per year (5.7^14).
5.7^15 cycles per 10 year period.
I hope there's an accelerated testing method for endurance.
