A strategy to sell the company cannot/will not be solely based on the merit of the tech…that has already been proven and will need continued dev/test. The SP feels suppressed at 12c. Just look at the average value of the trades being put through. Accounting for round-trip trading costs, some entities are happily losing money on small amounts. Sure, some players will put multiple losers in to push price down where they buy up. However there are not enough big trades occurring to account for the losers. It would not surprise me to find a ‘Acquirer’ on the opposite side of this trading behaviour. DM needs to do something to push the SP up purely for negotiating purposes.; perhaps the podcasts is just one way of trying to get Ozzie retail buyers in. He has shown with the last private placement and his forgoing a salary that he is fully invested.
