    god this thread is making my eyes bleed.

    to the smartarses:

    1. cxo is not bound by insider trading laws, stop conflating.
    2. even if he was bound by substantial holder laws, a rule saying he must disclose after making a trade, doesn't prevent him from telling whoever he wants what his personal intention is. - he's not bound by ASX disclosure rules as he's not an insider.
    3. just because someone is not legally required to do something doesn't make it forbidden.

    it seems like some people are getting their knickers in a right bunch over this, i for one commend CXO and invite him to let us know when / if he intends on selling a large portion, and I challenge anyone to directly explain why that would be bad for any of us to have that information. the fact people are trying to discourage it at all is bizzare, because what planet do you have to be from where you're insisting on having LESS information?
