A fountain of knowledge about the Pilbara?
Given in his 32 years he spent the last 18 exploring in South America, and has explored in 28 countries on all continents except Antartica he could not have spent much time in Australia, much less the Pilbara. Has he ever been there?

I guess he is like Ramper Bob Moriaty, who has at least made six trips to the Pilbara- both overnight experts and both "a fountain of knowledge" perhaps?

There are lots of us here who like DEG, no surprises there. Id suggest some of our regular posters here who contribute a lot to this forum know more about the Pilbara than he does.

I dont doubt he is an "fountain of knowledge" on south american gold but the Pilbara? We are not fools.
