KC should blow his cover and just tell the SHs how it is:
"Look folks, I'm just a pawn in the hands of CEZ, I am a placeholder CEO/Chair until the buy-out offer is lodged by EU/Czech Government. Please disregard any timelines that I am communicating as the decisions to release news to the market are not up to me."
Bam done and dusted, EMH SHs will then just camp out waiting for CEZs progress updates. KC can then focus on...restoring his reputation.
