I respect your opinion and assumptions used in a generally logical reasoning, but remain unconvinced. Not going respond in details as it would contain just as many opinionated assumptions (along the lines of the story at BCN). In the end, it would be wasted energy without bearing on the outcome. I can best spend my energy with what I suggest others to do: vote on the AGM the way I think is best.
