Ken's life story was the highlight of the article for me.
We are very fortunate to have someone of his calibre (his expertise, experience and integrity) at the helm.
Nice of him to mention Troy's loyal retail investors:

As is the case with many investments, patience is still required with Troy. But I've little doubt our patience will ultimately be amply rewarded. We're sitting on 850 square km of 'what is probably one of the last underexplored greenstone belts in the world' and so far we've 'only scratched the surface.'
