Entered today based on both TA and exactly this comment of yours..
TA is aligning up, not only the highest since August last year but also it has broken the downward trend which started november 2016...
And yes, if drilling will be a success I expect a TO. Now there are too much uncertainties. Bigger players are interested in proven projects and are willing to pay for it. Paying cheap with a chance a project won't be economically viable is not common...
