Re the proposed Dubbo metallisation plant...
Due to the concern of oxidation of finished RE metals if not used promptly after production, I wonder if they could be shrink wrapped in heavy duty plastic film to avoid oxidisation while in transit and storage. It works for that half used avocado you put in the fridge yesterday.
I believe Lithium Hydroxide is shipped and stored in bags to avoid contact with water (due to potential fire hazard). So there may be steps that can be taken to resolve the oxidisation issue.
If this is possible, I want any royalties arising from the use of this ground breaking process.
