spot on pauls1923 - has anybody got any real idea how non-institutional shareholders like us can go about getting the CEO, CFO and Board Members sacked?
Unfortunately AM and CFO have to stay until current mess is sorted but how can we move swiftly to ensure they are gone soon afterwards?
AM has to go because of his many failures especially his failure to keep shareholders informed of what decisions were being made -
OH's golden handshake
Why buy Toro rights way above market
Continuing to keep loss making operations open at Avebury and Century
What the cash situation was
Why wasn't truth told about PH delays
CFO has to take responsibility for loans mess and cash burn.
Board members for not having provided oversight and covering risk in exactly the way bvbfan outlined all those months ago.
Risk and debt - do any of them have any idea?
