Personally I think by saying they are prepared to sell 100% of PH is a very smart move!

Why, because that is our only barganing chip with the banks!

ie. "If you don't want us as customers then we will have no option but to sell PH, pay off all our debts and have a big wad of cash left over! So we can survive without you bastards!"

I think that's exactly what AM meant in the interview when he said "However, that is not our first preference".

By the way, I'm sure AM would not have thought of this as he just isn't that smart!
