The trouble with Michelmore & co is they have no luck, and the continue to make decisions based on past realities. They"ve been in denial, they're responding to events long after they are hit by them. Surely after the poz AND the pon crashed they should have worried about the same with poc, and set in place a contingency plan, such that not only did they not need to worry about the debt, but also that they would remain cashflow positive, and have enough cash to afford suspend operations? never thought of hedging? These guys were caught trying to replay 2005's game in 2008. We should have seen that from ZFX keenness on overpaying for Averbury, and OXR keenness on Century long after the Ni and Zn parties were over.

Goodluck brave holders, you look to be needing it, as despite/because Michelmore's denial of it, this has only got recievership/forced restructuring written all over it.
