You would hope the holiday season works both ways Mark. If it stops a deal being done before the 29th, you would logically hope that the banks would agree to, say, a fortnight's grace to wrap negotiations up in early January. If all parties keep at it regardless of the holiday season, then the 29th would logically stick.
Maybe this is just wishful thinking on my part.
