Just amazing how nations that were doing pretty well say 50 years ago have fallen so far & so quickly: Zimbabwe [Rhodesia], Argentina, Iceland, Fiji, Iraq & Palestine to mention but a varied few. Then there's the 'B Team' of course - IMO some big names vying for that list!

The Market & the global economy demand cutting edge best practice & deliver instability & struggle street to those which become totalitarian, complacent, greedy, too amibitious or insular.

Let's all hope the good ol' USA can get on top of its challenges long before it qualifies for either the A List or the B List & that the Land of OZ stays true to the course.
