1. BOD has already ruled out another CR for at least the next year. Certainly no CR before the options are all exercised.
2. EXR doesn't even necessarily need to find a solution to this. In any case, a pipeline would be the most logical way of doing it. I'm sure there would be plenty of JV interest when the entire resource has been proved up.
