Higher. Glib, I know, but it's about "the fog of war."
Two things leap out at me: steady maintenance contracts -- I love the predictability -- and; XTclave.
Two other things: a sad war/terror future (increasing contracts), thanks yanks, and; Walrus Boots MUST be the most waterproof and cozy warm boots ever!
