Have been looking for an entry point on this stock for quite some time. I like its fundamentals but its price just got too frothy through the latter part of last year.
At around $100 recently I was certainly interested but it took off again.
Today’s weakness is interesting though. Is this partly because of the news around Antony Catalano’s ‘new real estate play’
Not much detail so a bit difficult to determine what sort of threat this is.
In any case I’d back the well established REA to see him off.....and if it creates continued weakness in the REA stock price I might just take advantage of it.
