They are putting it to the AGM without entering a point on delisting TSX. I think that is clear enough. Apart from that, it does make sense to increase their reach in light of expectations in Australia. But there's still Mongolia etc. for them. They don't have any plans to move from Vancouver etc.. So no, I can't find a statement explicitly stating they remain listed on TSX. But imo they would not have to state it since it does not change. Or they would have to state it, if it did.
