It is unfortunate that the unnecessary war in the country is preventing or delaying the development of the mine network. I never expected the Europeans to participate in the financing anyway. In the Middle East and Asia, the food crisis will be much more noticeable in the coming years, so these countries will be forced to act. Let's wait and see what Seamus pulls out of the hat.
