I wouldn't get to worked up about DEG not currently owning Indee outright. We have a valid Option to Purchase agreement in good standing and we aren't operating in some 3rd world Country. We are entitled to these assets by simply living up to the terms by paying the piper. One way or another management will execute this and move on. Even their last extension release called this the Indee Gold Settlement Agreement, now.
The original idea of an Option to Purchase was sound because had they drill 75 dusters to start they could default their way out. The bummer of it all is they left settlement too long. The way I see it they hoped ongoing drilling would mean a continually stronger share price, which never happened. So here we wait till the trigger is pulled.
I wouldn't get to worked up about DEG not currently owning Indee...
