The biggest thing in the end will provide to be rent.com.au and associated apps. As soon as people start using Rent.com.au to find a house to rent, and then RentPay to pay the rent, that person is locked in and whilst they could use other systems to find a rental in the future, why would you bother when you know your going to have easy access to those rental payments and your rental history all in one place?

When RentPay comes, that will increase the stickyness of the product, because right now Rent.com.au is use once, then forget and maybe use again next time. RentPay will change that dynamic because you'll be managing your rental payments and bills all in one app. What needs to happen is to get it launched and scaled up before the bigger players can reproduce the model.
