IP is very difficult to enforce if its a process or similar. You'd find that most banks or financial apps have similar features or functions indicating that the first one couldn't really patent it. You are spot on that the partnerships and audience are the hardest thing to replicate. I've heard RNT speak of over 90% of all rental property listings - sure REA has those too but a new incumbent wouldn't. So yes REA is the challenge but Domain is the opportunity.
