Hope "we" are not in farm-out talks with any Russian company, especially Rosneft. Several sanctions of the USA as well as the EU against Russian companies in the finance, weapons manufacturing and oil sector were imposed today and as far as I overlook it, that means pretty tough times ahead for them: no more money on the international market, no more high tec equippment for oil exploration and production for example.
