For sure, not a problem IF done at a significantly higher levels. Folk ‘may’ say any amount of dilution is not a issue to progress the go it alone scenario, I think it is IF not done at way higher levels because it gives manipulators large amounts shares, at cheap prices, to influence the sp along the way.
I rarely see a broker or Koch or anyone ask why the disconnect between the science and the sp is at such a significant disparity. Buyers, major ones, via the market, will come when? and too what level, no person or entity can buy or sell here without significant premium or the opposite due to the low liquidity.
From here on in it will be about eliminating the disparity between the science and the sp and having this company at a MC of close to a billion and ready for a bid with a premium to that MC.
In regards to the low liquidity the NASDAQ listing should improve this significantly, not sure if the current liquidity here though will hinder its qualification.
That might also be a good question for the AGM, “Is Anteris well qualified to be eligible for this lsting”?
