My guess is that the listing will be under the Global Market, Market Value Standard. We easily meet the requirements, provided that we have more than 400 shareholders, which I imagine we do. The obvious issue is that we'll probably need additional market makers in place but that shouldn't be difficult to achieve and may be something Anteris has been working on anyway because earlier this year they were planning to strengthen the US OTC listing. Last year I went through the process of a Canadian company I own uplisting to the Nasdaq and it was more like an IPO but it got done relatively quickly.
