Capital Raises are of course a neceassary evil but they must preference existing shareholders. Allowing ousiders a leg in without buying at retail is very very counter productive to the sp. Recent fluctuations demonstarte just how difficult it is for anyone to buy in without elevating the sp. This should only happen if RI's do not take up the offering. Of couse we would want the whole shebang, discount, options etc just as these ousiders have been getting up to but not including the most recent
