    what would be the outcome for shareholders if DCC were to be bought out?, would we be offered X amount per share?, would our shares be transferred to new company?. As an example if DCC were bought out for $300,000,000 would we be potentially offered the following,

    178,000,000 million total shares divided by $300,000,000 offer equals 0.59c a share (approx)?
