Spot on when you write "something is growing fat on a rolling stone in this company, and it's not the shareholders"..... it's JH as you have pointed out.

More skulduggery from JH as he has only taken up $400,970.94 worth of shares when his commitment was to provide $500k. Under the resolution passed at the AGM on May 31, 2023, JH was to provide $500k. What is galling is that the $400,970.94 bought him 90,308,769 YPB shares yet has found a way to allocate himself 112,612,613 share options. This is contrary to the initial announcement of the proposed issue of securities in which it was stated "subject to shareholders approval, all investors in the $2m raise will receive one free attaching option for every one share subscribed for under the placement".

Based on the fact that under the resolution approved at the AGM on May 31, 2023, JH was making a $500k commitment and it had to be done before the end of June, 2023. So, the big question and JH needs to explain this, and indicate whether and when he will part with another $99k as he has committed to doing. He shouldn't be allowed to buy only 90m shares but expect to be allocated 112m share options.

This is probably a matter that should be raised with the ASX, if it is not corrected.

At least, the $400k will tide YPB over this September Quarter, but YPB will need that $99k if they are to get through the December quarter as there is only $600k to come from the $2m CR.
