YPB is still trading so most likely a glitch.

Though this is very much a harbinger of the future for YPB shareholders. The day that YPB fails to raise capital is the day it suddenly disappears.

I don't get why anyone would hold this stock or support it in a capital raising. It has decreasing revenue, and manipulative management. Every six months they post one "big" deal for a few thousand dollars, but make no mention of the sales they are losing. It's revenue is now down to about 25k per month (it used to be over 200k per month) which puts it in the realm of a small family run business or a work from home sole trader, not a listed company.

There are so many other small companies with larger and growing revenue. Why would anyone invest in this company, particularly when it has such a long history of failure and ever declining revenue?
