Since Graham only speaks the truth, maybe he could speak the truth about his recent cryptic comment:

Graham obviously knows things we don't know, so maybe he should tell us, otherwise he has reasons to sell that we don't have. There are enough reasons to sell without Graham keeping another another one of them under his vest.

These managment chages are starting to look serious. Who is running what now? The whole business seems to be run by interims and stand-ins, with the "CEO" covering for MDs in about 3 European locations as well as being "CEO" for the whole group.
