when you say "we", is that in "employee"?

one thing I learnt in business is that if the workload increases significantly, you put on more staff -casual may be the go first. if that doesn't work, try doing more hours.

please don't complain to me that work load is getting excessive. if all goes to plan for LOM, their company will increase in value 5 fold - not a bad earner in my opinion. if it gets to a value of 1 billion, then the company is worth 10 times what it is today.

also, ask yourself, why are they fielding 3000 enquiries a week?
