    So when the quotes came in for the many items that make up this project, some were 2 to 3 times what they had expected, plus or minus 50%. This would be very common given the prevailing economic conditions.

    HIO are now looking at scaling back the project and using existing infrastructure ( train or road transport to existing ports?)

    Overall this is a setback, but I'm going to hold and probably top up
