This is all about a doubt they can raise enough capital to build the mine in this environment. Capital markets are closing and fast. HIO has a great resource and no ability yet to get it to market. I like the idea of scale but feel the cheapest time to get this going is now not later. Do you really believe prices to develop a mine will come down? Cost of capital might fall but not cost to start and produce.
I will hold the small allocation I have and revisit this after AGM.
