in general, HIO planning to develop a mine without being a priducer with income streams, just got shafted with bad timing with bad economic metrics. It is an inflationary environment with recession forecast or occurring (stagflationary environment) making it ridiculous to do a BFS now. They have done the most prudent thing - it's no point doing a BFS vonsidering the current environment where rates are increasing, prices are at elevated levels but iron ore has retraced over 50 percent since the ath. Better to reassess when the global macro environment settles and the revisit the BFS.
