It was doomed the day management made it BIGGER!
I like the approach of reviewing heading back to a 5mtpa approach, back to trains, forget the pipeline.... yes, it will have a high opex, but much lower capex. If these guys were in production now with a much smaller operation of 5mtpa (which is still large), they would be killing it.
Break these big projects into a bunch of small projects, not bigger.
In any case, i do wish you well and hope it does get off the ground. My point was there will be significant delays.
