    Thanks Johnyb888 for your reply. It goes into the bottom drawer. I haven't sold any of my holding as I had confidence in the management team and the quality and size of the resources. Very soft ore for transformation. I will take a punt but learned my lesson. I sold out of MGT for a very handsome profit and used some that money for CAP and MGU. Recommendation from a person from this site. Just annoyed that I didn't do the same here. By the way I reinvested back in MGT again at 2.5 cents as I have confidence in their management team and resource. I had owned that share for 12 years so it owed me little just 0.05 cents a share. At least got that right! Just annoyed with myself. Johnytie I also work in commercial property here in Sydney for 27 years and in my experience materials rarely go back to where they were but you are right about labour it will come back. I am originally from Dublin and after the crash in 2008 people in construction earned a third of the boom days. speed up visa processing!
