    This looks like a strategic positioning. I like the end of the announcement.
    " Patrick Gallaghers experience in dealing with senior Chinese officials as Australian Director of joint Australian/Chinese research and training program, will bring special expertise to the Board at a time Chinese interests are seeking dominant positions in Australian iron ore projects."
