At this stage i really cant get a grasp on what the offshore processor does. What do the 70 people do . I would imagine someone seeing a financial planner today would be asked to fill in a questionnaire via something like a tablet , the data would be sent to the financial planning software where the planner would add to it his advice and send it off to the client.
