Just remember people with any reasonable super balance dont use restrictive no frills products that charge $800 like esuper. Most retirees are more interested in peace of mind for retirement so will pay more for the advice and service that gives them peace of mind. Dont forget the market IAM is operating in. The end clients are high net worth individuals who are paying because they want the service. They are not truely self managed, they are acting on advice of a financial advisors thus are ineligible for products like esuper.
