Don't think that can be answered properly to cover all reasons - everyone would have their own reasons for selling, and buying it holding.
I guess the question is if you believe whether they can turn it around or not. If not then what's the point in waiting and losing more. If you do believe then you'll be rewarded handsomely if they pull it off.
