Can appreciate why you feel this way.
Planners are sales people and that's what PC is. A good sales person typically is a believer, it doesn't make them an expert. I always had my doubts about PC and MR as they are not operational/management ppl, I always saw their value from a marketing angle. My only scepticism of MF is he came from a big corporate and what you do/learn there is I would argue would not work for a startup. Eg. Not a fan of him adding more staff, office space etc without revenue to back. This is typical big corporate behaviour / field of dreams mentality. Difference is big corporate can cut their losses if it fails and still have profitable business. This is also penny stock behaviour.
Ultimately though as an investor do you think there is a market to sell into and whether it is managed in a way for it to be profitable.
