that for me is an instant sell - imo clear signal management know that good revenue is not anywhere near term
it would also be interesting to know when they started making that kind of statement, because the whole NAB announcement on the last day of Feb 2017 to meet some deadline, implies otherwise
really need to read between the lines with these spec plays
